As a recovering Catholic,  

raised in New York City 

in a very Colombian family  

I felt torn most of my adulthood 

not understanding who I was and 

less who I truly wanted to be. 

A dancer, an athlete, a beauty pageant queen, 

great with kids, a non-profit educator, 

corporate america player, 

an adventurer who loved to travel the world, 

life was great on the outside, 

however, inside 

I felt constant turmoil.

Panic attacks, fear of impending doom, 

feelings of psychosis, 

“perhaps I should admit myself” 

would come on. 

I was alone. 

Not understanding what was going on 

and feeling like I 

was losing my mind, 

I escaped with my vices.  

I lived a double life -  my secret was safe.  

Until I began to wake up. 

I wandered for some time experimenting with different modalities. 

Plant medicine, extreme detoxing, 

neuro-linguistics programming, 

hypnotherapy, energy healing, 

channeling ET’s,  

past life regression, 

guided by ancestors and angels, 

while working through the 

emotional root causes of 

old beliefs, 

broken habits, 

societal programming, 

vicious cycles of self sabotage.

Once clearing my energetic space, 

I was then able to adopt healthier habits, 

shift my mindset, understand what it is that I desired, 

have clarity to make better choices, 

feel peace within me, thus consciously magnetizing my 

manifestations to create the life that 

I am now fully living. 

My journey to awakening and self-realization have led me 

to master my spiritual gifts and purpose.  

I have been activated with the knowing 

that I am here to guide you in your process.
