My Awakening

I was born into a very Colombian, very Catholic New York City upbringing —

and I spent most of my life feeling torn between who I was told to be

and who my soul kept whispering I actually was.

On the outside, I was the dancer, the athlete, the beauty queen,

the great-with-kids educator, the nonprofit leader,

the corporate DO-ALL woman who traveled the world.

Life looked full,  perfect.

Inside, I was drowning.

Panic attacks.

Impending doom.

Moments that felt like psychosis.

Whispers of “Do I need to admit myself?”

And no one to understand it.

So I hid.

I lived a double life.

I escaped into my vices.

My secret was safe — until I started to wake up.

The Path That Found Me

My awakening wasn’t graceful. It was gritty.

I wandered through everything:

• plant medicine
• extreme detoxing
• NLP
• hypnotherapy
• energy healing
• channeling
• past-life regression
• ancestral guidance
• emotional release work
• clearing societal programming, trauma, and sabotage cycles

And slowly… the fog lifted.

Once I cleared my energetic field, I could finally hear myself.

I began choosing differently.

I felt peace for the first time.

I became magnetic to the life I live now — on purpose, aligned, sovereign.
